Why do girls throw around words like "love you" and "omg ure gorgeous" and crap like that?

It's so ingenuine, they use it with everyone. How is that special if you say everyone is gorgeous or you love everyone? I would take it as an insult because honestly they put no feeling behind it when its over used. So what do people gain from it?
