What do glowing white people telling me I need to see doctor, I'm ill, I'm dying mean? recurring dream.?

I am walking down long ong hallway from my doctors office through people to the exit, some people are normal looking, some are all a shiny white and glowing. The white glowing people tell me to "go back, you need the doctor, your dying, you can't leave yet". When I get to the Exit and try to go through the automatic double doors they open but there are two glowing men there telling me "Do not leave" and I have to push my way through an invisible force field to get through the exit. I wake up at this point usually at around 3:15am every morning, and always in pain, I have had this dream for over a month, at least 2-3 times a week, it varies in small ways, but it still remains pretty much the same, I can see the peoples faces, I can see the carpet, the chairs, the secretaries at their desks. What does this mean? It all seems so very clear.
