Gender Therapist? Help please?

(I'm FTM)So does Regence Blue Shield cover Gender Therapist costs? What about the testosterone and doctor appointments/blood work? I really want this and haven't talked to my parents about me wanting to start T. I know this is what I'm for sure about. My mom know's I like girls but she doesn't know about me wanting to be a guy and feeling as if I'm in the wrong body. And my dad knows nothing. My parent's aren't to opened minded with everything. I have already so far gotten a guys haircut and already dress in guy clothes (been doing that since I was a kid haha) And How do I convince then this is infact something that I've wanted for al ong time?
