How to take care of a newly pierced belly button?

hi im gonna pierce my belly today and im coming straight home so i have no way of buying tproducts to disinfect my belly button so what can i use at home ? so im going to buy the products in a week what do i use right now? i know ure suppose to use un iodized sea salt ti disinfect your belly but i only have iodized sea salt is that bad to use? what are some products i can disinfect my belly with that i may have at home and what are some i need to buy? and can i use alcohol or peroxide for a week is it bad for you whats the difference of using iodized sea salt and un iodized sea salt for ure belly button piercing ?
