HELPPP! did i screw up a follow-up interview?

so i had my first interview with old navy. then the lady called me a week later leaving a mesage saying she wanted to schedule a folow-up. i didn't get her message until 10 days later. when i called she was like woah ure late but to call the general manager because he is the one conducting second phase interviews. did i screw up my chance at getting the job?
