How do I know I've lifted enough?

I'm in highschool and I started lifting at thee end of February, I lift 2ays ad rest 1day. I've seen minimal results and I lift for 50-75 minutes each time how can I make ure I'm doing enough? Because I'm not really sore ever afterwards annd I consume like 150 grams of protien how can I be more productive and make sure I lift enough how many sets and reps? How long total? How many calories shoul I consume I'm 155 LBS and 6 feet tall
