PLEASE... I need help finding a name of a song i heard on tv..?

i heard this ong while i was watching Criminal Minds on Ion... the song is a slow song, a girl sings it... some of the lyrics are " i lie awake trying not to think of you" "the journey is long"... please help me i really liked that song... thanks a bunch for whoever can help
