Isn't she overreacting?

Well, I laughed at my american friend because she pronounces the names of K-Pop stars so wrong. She Just has very strong emphases on "NEW" in Onew,and when she said his name its like shes say two seperate words "Oh,nEw" and very strong emphases in ONG in Jonghyun, and it cracks me up! But now shes all upset. I didn't go off and say "OMG DID YOU HEAR JENNY TRY TO PRONOUNCE JONGHYUN?" I just laughed, and she walked away all upset. Wtf? What should I tell her? and do you think shes overreacting?
