Do you think this is a fair trade?(trading from craigslist.org)?

i posted an ad saying i was looking to trade my PSP for and Ipod, preferably an Ipod touch,video,or classic. shortly after a kid texted me looking to trade. He has an 80 gig 5 generation ipod classic. today I'm supposed to meet him at 6 and im trading him my psp, the charger, skate, UFC undisputed 2010,(those are two xbox 360 games) and a strobe light. do you think this is a fair trade?
